PTO, 401k, referral bonuses, & more for ourFT RNs Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional status and document appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report to physician and nursing leadership.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on assigned unit or shift.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in care planning, shift reports, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
- Accurately complete medical records, MARs, TARs, and incident reports.
- Educate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health conditions.
- Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and block schedule commitments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively with the healthcare team
