What You'll Do ✔ Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home ✔ Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans ✔ Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures Qualifications ✔ Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted) ✔ Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred) ✔ Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred ✔ Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable ✔ Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills ✔ Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening Florida Care Provider Background Screening Information (House Bill 531): https://info.flclearinghouse.com Why Choose NorthBay Home Health?
