The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients. This role is vital in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist with specimen collection and processing for laboratory tests. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices. Support medical imaging procedures and assist with diagnostic tests as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Qualifications Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Knowledge of physiology and internal medicine principles. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous. Ability to perform specimen collection processing efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Willingness to travel for nursing assignments when necessary.
