We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Floor Nurse to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to our residents, while promoting their independence and overall well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence and overall well-being Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and stakeholders Demonstrate a commitment to infection control and safety, adhering to all policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and continuing educational programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Ability to work night shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of others
