Full Job Description Role:

The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized cardiac care, assisting with catheterization and interventional procedures in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, assist with procedure setup and assistance, operate monitoring equipment, support post-procedure recovery, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cardiologists and team members, communicate effectively, and adhere to protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires at least one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PALS, ENPC, and RCIS. Must have strong critical thinking, communication, technical, physical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Key Duties:

Patient preparation, assisting with catheter placement, operating hemodynamic equipment, monitoring vital signs, supporting recovery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety standards.
