• RN-Rehab/LTC Job Type Travel Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic long-term care (LTC) setting located in beautiful Honokaa, HI.

This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to support patients in a skilled nursing unit on the same campus as a hospital, performing a broad range of nursing duties with a focus on rehabilitation and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement appropriate treatments Administer medications safely and accurately Communicate important patient information promptly to MD/NP staff Manage admissions and discharges in compliance with facility protocols Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Perform gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulizer, wound VAC, and CPAP care Participate in varied shift rotations including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the State of Hawaii as of assignment start date Experience in rehabilitation and long-term care nursing Ability to manage complex patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Flexibility to work varied 8-hour shifts: Days (7:30 AM

• 11:30 PM), Nights (11:00 PM
• 7:30 AM) Commitment to arrive the Thursday before assignment start date to complete mandatory employee health appointments
