Train new team members, model compliance with medication conditions of participation, and act as the primary point of contact for the care team.
Lead Registered Nurse Case Manager Qualifications:
Must have or be eligible to obtain an Idaho RN license or Compact RN license upon employment Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS Certification Must have at least 1 year of acute care and home health nursing experience
