Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 nursing support to a medically fragile student, monitoring their health status and attending to all medical needs during the school day Administer medications, perform medical procedures, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans as directed by healthcare providers Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive education environment Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in alignment with school and healthcare policies Respond promptly and effectively to health emergencies, upholding student wellness and safety standards at all times Engage in ongoing communication with healthcare teams and participate in relevant training sessions as required
