Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide guidance as needed Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapy Apply pharmacokinetics principles to optimize drug dosing and patient outcomes Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Desired Qualifications:
