Key Qualifications:

Active RN license with prior experience in a school setting Confidence in managing multiple high-priority health concerns simultaneously Skilled in executing quick decision-making and maintaining composure under pressure Up-to-date knowledge of current school nursing best practices Strong communication and collaborative skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and families Reliable, punctual, and able to commit for the full contract duration

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, prompt care to students experiencing a variety of health issues during school hours Assess and triage medical concerns, determining when escalation is necessary Maintain accurate, confidential health records according to regulatory standards Communicate clearly and efficiently with educators, administrators, and parents regarding student care Educate students and staff on relevant health and safety topics Actively participate in emergency preparedness and response within the school community This is an onsite-only position averaging 35 hours per week, offering you a valuable way to make a genuine impact on young learners in a supportive school environment.
