Evercare of Lebanon is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional team! As an RN at Evercare of Lebanon, you will provide high-quality nursing care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
