Key Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate in cardiovascular operating room cases, assisting with complex procedures. Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols. Coordinate and communicate efficiently with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and support staff. Provide expert patient care before, during, and after operations. Monitor post-operative patient status and document all relevant data. Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions. Support preparation and maintenance of surgical instruments and CVOR equipment.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in CVOR nursing, including scrubbing and circulating BLS and ACLS certifications required Demonstrated ability to function effectively under pressure Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts as needed Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
