Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and physical examinations to assess patient health status. Process specimen collections and ensure accurate documentation of results. Provide care for children, seniors, and individuals with specific health needs, including ostomy care and family planning services. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans based on individual assessments. Educate patients and families about health management, preventive care, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ICD-9 coding standards and other regulatory requirements. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Participate in community outreach programs to promote wellness initiatives. Skills Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques and physical examination skills. Experience in specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate medical recordkeeping. Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with children, seniors, and diverse populations. Ability to provide ostomy care and family planning education effectively.
