Duties Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, adhering to all safety protocols and industry standards Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and laser procedures to enhance client satisfaction Consult with clients to understand their goals, provide detailed treatment explanations, and develop customized treatment plans Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, client records, and treatment outcomes using advanced salon management software like Aesthetic Pro Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results Uphold strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products and aesthetic devices that align with client needs while upselling services effectively Skills Proven experience working in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with strong knowledge of injection administration techniques Certification in nursing with specialized training in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers Familiarity with salon software such as Aesthetic Pro for scheduling and client management Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions Ability to perform aesthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, body sculpting, and other aesthetic services as needed Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online Experience in retail sales, upselling treatments or products confidently while maintaining professionalism Skilled in sanitation practices, including sterilization of tools for body sculpting Competence in managing front desk responsibilities such as guest services and appointment scheduling Basic understanding of management principles to coordinate team efforts effectively Join us if you're passionate about elevating beauty through expert nursing care combined with innovative aesthetic treatments!
