Dr. Mukesh Arora, MD (Internal Medicine). You work under his medical direction and the clinic's protocols — not unsupervised spa injecting.
Owner:
Danielle Alcala-Glazier (RN-S, CNA, CMAA, Licensed Phlebotomist, Licensed Esthetician). Danielle is in clinic daily. She owns the practice, the client experience, and the standard of work. You report to the medical program under Dr. Arora and to Danielle as owner/operator.
On-site NP:
Ryan Kent, FNP-BC — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full Illinois prescriptive authority, on site six days a week. Charts, prescription care, and medical questions run through Ryan. You are not the prescriber. You are the injector on a medically supervised floor. We carry all five neurotoxin brands (Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport, Daxxify), a full filler menu (including half-syringe and lip work), biostimulators (Sculptra, Radiesse, Kybella), Glass Glow, and the InMode Trifecta (Morpheus8 Burst, Solaria CO₂, Quantum RF). You will:
Consult and treat for neurotoxins and dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, folds, jawline, and other mapped areas within your training and our protocols) Map units and product at the visit — brands are not interchangeable; you will explain that clearly Photograph, consent, chart, and follow our vascular-occlusion and complication protocols Deliver a Hello Gorgeous consult: listen, be honest, no overselling, no frozen faces unless that is the plan Work alongside the front desk, estheticians, laser/device team, and Ryan's medical lane Support two-week assessments and clinically appropriate touch-ups per our policy Keep rooms, inventory, and Allergan/Allē (and other brand) workflows tight Represent the practice the way Danielle runs it: premium, warm, medically serious Cross-training on devices, IV, or RX support may be available later only if it is in your scope and under Dr.

's direction. This hire is first and foremost an injector. Required (do not apply if you cannot meet these) Active, unencumbered Illinois RN license (IDFPR). We will verify. Minimum one (1) full year of hands-on aesthetic injecting — neurotoxins and dermal fillers on live patients, not classroom-only or "I shadowed." Current professional malpractice / professional liability insurance that covers aesthetic injections. You must carry it. Bring certificate of insurance. We will not put an uninsured injector in the chair. Documented injectable training (neurotoxin and filler certification or equivalent manufacturer/preceptorship training). Comfortable with facial anatomy, conservative dosing, and saying no when someone is not a candidate. Able to work evenings and Saturdays as the book requires. Authorization to work in the U.S. Strongly preferred 2+ years injecting with a book you can bring or rebuild quickly Cannula and needle experience; lips you are proud of Complication management (including hyaluronidase / VO drills — we have a protocol; you should not be learning the existence of VO on day one) Experience with more than one toxin brand and more than one HA line Illinois aesthetic/med-spa floor experience (Fox Valley a plus) What we offer experienced injectors Top-dollar pay for proven skill.
