Assisting with ADLs Full Job Description At Washington Senior Living , we believe in helping every resident achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Restorative Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee and coordinate our restorative nursing program. If you enjoy working closely with therapy, nursing, and residents to improve quality of life and functional outcomes, we'd love to have you on our team. What You'll Do Coordinate and oversee the facility's restorative nursing program. Complete resident assessments to identify restorative nursing needs. Develop, implement, and update individualized restorative care plans. Collaborate with therapy, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to promote resident independence. Supervise and educate restorative nursing assistants and direct care staff. Monitor resident progress and modify restorative programs as appropriate. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in care plan meetings and Quality Assurance initiatives. Promote safe mobility, range of motion, positioning, ambulation, and activities of daily living. Qualifications Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Experience with restorative nursing, rehabilitation, or therapy collaboration is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Passion for helping residents maximize their independence and quality of life. Why Join Washington Senior Living?
