Job Description

Grifols, in partnership with ABC Healthcare, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient status, documenting care in EMR systems, and educating patients and families. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and evaluations Administer medications and therapies safely following clinical protocols Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans Monitor, document, and report patient status using EMR systems Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care decisions Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care Maintain strict infection control and patient safety standards Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives Precept and support new staff and nursing students as needed Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients and colleagues Required Skills Patient assessment Medication administration IV therapy and venipuncture Care planning and care coordination Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Wound care and dressing changes Vital signs monitoring and interpretation Patient and family education Infection control practices Clinical triage and critical thinking
