As a Nurse Extern at Encompass Health, you will support inpatient rehabilitation nurses in delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Under RN supervision, you'll assist with vital signs, mobility, ADLs, and documentation while observing complex rehab treatments for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other major illnesses.
