With tape measure and hand tools in reach, you lay out parts, verify dimensions with shop math, and assemble components to exact specifications. Throughout the shift, you double-check tolerances, inspect finishes, and collaborate with nearby teammates to fine-tune the process. Before clocking out, you tidy your station—because a clean bench is a safe, productive bench. What you'll do Assemble components in line with specifications and engineering drawings. Use hand tools confidently to complete build tasks. Apply shop math for accurate measurements, fits, and alignments. Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards. Partner with teammates to improve assembly methods and efficiency. Keep your work area organized to support safety and throughput.
