Role:
As a Registered Nurse with the Celina Health Care Center, you will be an integral part of our team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering direct patient care to residents in our long-term care facility Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Monitoring and reporting patient status to ensure timely intervention and treatment Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio Insert minimum years of experience and level of education placeholders here
