Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana Prior school nursing or pediatric experience preferred Knowledge of school nursing practices and protocols Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff Ability to manage multiple health needs and respond to emergencies with confidence Commitment to confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism

What You'll Do:

Deliver daily direct care to students, managing acute and chronic health concerns Administer medications and perform health screenings as needed Collaborate with school administration, educators, and parents to address student health issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for approximately 100 students Provide first aid and emergency care, creating a safe space for students Implement health and wellness initiatives within the school community You'll benefit from the rewarding experience of supporting student health and being a trusted resource during this important time.
