As an ARNP at Fast Pace Health, you will be at the forefront of our patient care, ensuring holistic and effective treatment plans that align with our commitment to excellent healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health status and risk factors. Formulate and evaluate diagnostic tests to appropriately diagnose and manage conditions. Prescribe medications and treatments, adhering to evidence-based guidelines and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate patient care. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, options. Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Maintain patient records and confidentiality as per the standards. Required Skills Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive health assessments. Adept in diagnosing and prescribing necessary treatments and medications. Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interactions. Proficient in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and data entry. Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.
