Summary The MDS Coordinator completes resident assessments and develops care plans per current regulations and in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience with MDS, resident assessment, care plans and CAAs preferred. Currently licensed registered nurse with the State of Indiana. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
