In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will support quality assurance initiatives, conduct inspections, and uphold regulatory compliance to drive continuous improvement and product excellence. Duties Perform dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Conduct quality audits across production lines to ensure adherence to

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP

(Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations. Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to accurately assess product conformity. Utilize calibration procedures for measuring instruments and ensure all tools meet quality standards for precision measurement in machining. Collect and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Support regulatory and legal compliance by ensuring production processes align with

HACCP, CGMP, ISO

standards, and other relevant quality systems. Assist in the implementation of vision inspection systems and other automated quality inspection tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Assist supervision as needed with escalation process. Skills Strong knowledge of calibration techniques for measuring instruments including height gauges, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and vision inspection systems. Experience conducting quality audits within manufacturing environments with a focus on regulatory compliance like FDA regulations. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production document interpretation, and dimensional measurement techniques. Excellent analysis skills for data collection, trend analysis, and problem-solving related to quality assurance. Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM), height gauges, and vision inspection systems effectively.
