Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown patients, including monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment options, and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current and valid RN license Proven experience in stepdown or telemetry nursing preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting Excellent communication and patient education skills Compassion and dedication to delivering patient-centered care
