Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment Execute physician orders, administer medication, and monitor vital signs Quickly assess patient conditions and prioritize care accordingly Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and support personnel Participate in the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients as required Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold compliance standardsQualifications and Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an ER/ED setting required Strong aptitude for patient assessment and clinical decision-making Proficient in responding to emergency situations calmly and effectively Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and teamwork skillsSchedule and Hours:
