ASAP Job Description:

Seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for its Medical/Telemetry unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions and telemetry, administer medications and treatments, document patient care, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered Kentucky RN license or Compact RN license . Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience . Relevant Med/Tele experience . Must be willing to work 12-hour day or night shifts. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Must have required certifications for the assignment, such as

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

, as applicable. Must provide details of previous travel assignments and confirm whether each assignment was completed. Must disclose any nursing-license infractions and provide a Nursys report if applicable. Must disclose any requested time off before submission. EMR experience required; EPIC, Meditech, or other charting-system experience should be provided with years of experience.
