What You'll Do:
Provide expert nursing care to high-acuity ER patients, including stroke, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis cases Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor patient responses Document patient assessments, care plans, medication administration, and progress Assess and address psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and execute patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and health management Maintain safety standards and security protocols on a 24/7 security-enabled unit
What You Need:
Required:
RN license in state of employment or compact BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and De-Escalation certifications Minimum 1 year of ER or high-acuity nursing experience preferred
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Experience with stroke, cardiovascular, or critical care About the
