Rosewood Manor is a rest home in Harwich with twenty-seven residents. We need an RN or LPN on second shift, 3pm to 11pm, full time or part time. A rest home and not a skilled facility No IVs, no feeding tubes, no skilled needs. If you are coming from a SNF you will notice the difference on your first shift. The evening is medication management, observation, and time with residents and their families. You are not working against the clock. Twenty-seven residents Small enough that you know everyone. Their history, their baseline, which family member calls on a Tuesday. When something changes with one of your residents, you have time to notice it. Requirements Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing Experience caring for older adults, including residents with cognitive impairment Able to run an evening shift with limited supervision Benefits The pay rate for this position is $38.00 to $41.25 per hour , with some shift differential.
