Detox Nurse

$50/hr - $58/hr About Us Boston Rehabilitation Center/Shore Point Recovery is a premier behavioral health facility dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, individualized care. Our facility is located in Wareham, MA; a 40-bed detox and residential treatment center, providing 24/7 support for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality medical care to clients. Nurses play a critical role in the recovery process by monitoring clients' health, administering medications, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes. We have the following openings available:
OVERNIGHT FULL-TIME
8pm-7am 3x12 schedule
DAY POSITIONS AVAILABLE
7am-8pm/ 3x12 schedule Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients in detox and residential levels of care. Administer medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), as prescribed. Monitor clients for withdrawal symptoms and respond to medical emergencies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Provide education and support to clients regarding their treatment and recovery process. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Uphold infection control and safety protocols within the facility. Maintain a compassionate and professional approach when interacting with clients in crisis. Qualifications RN license in the state of Massachusetts (active and in good standing). Experience in detox, substance abuse treatment, or behavioral health preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills. Knowledge of detox protocols, withdrawal management, and MAT preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
