Interim MDS Coordinator - Skilled Nursing Facility LeaderStat has a new opportunity for an MDS Coordinator in Rockville, MD. We're looking for a driven, experienced MDS nurse who can commit to a 30-day contract in a skilled nursing facility. Job Duties Assessing resident needs and coordinating individualized care plans based on assessment results Collaborate with all departments to ensure that care plan guidelines are followed Ability to accurately determine PDPM categories, HIPPS codes Ensuring that the nursing facility is receiving accurate and maximum reimbursement from Medicare and Medicaid Qualifications Successful completion of an MDS training program In-depth working knowledge of RAI user manual, as well as
