As a Registered Nurse , you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and reactions to treatments promptly and accurately. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and post-hospital care. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Valid RN license in the state of practice. Knowledge of family planning Experience in medical documentation and catheterization procedures. Familiarity with nursing home settings.
