Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care to adult and geriatric populations in the medical-surgical unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document findings accurately Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate effectively with all team members Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license Minimum of one year recent experience in a medical-surgical (RN-MS) setting Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Adaptability and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
