Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the healthcare team, responsible for delivering quality patient care through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Key duties include Managing and delegating patient care activities Monitoring patient progress and preparing patients for discharge Establishing collaborative relationships with physicians and support staff Providing leadership, teaching, supervision, and participating in shared decision-making Qualifications include Graduation from a school of nursing; BSN preferred Current RN license in Michigan American Heart Association BLS certification Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
