Job Description
Schedule:
Multiple shift options: days, mids, and nights available 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Typical night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30AM Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Experience in Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing required Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes BLS certification; ACLS preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking capabilities Adaptability to varying patient needs and fast-paced environmentsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to patients in a med-surg setting, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to implement individualized patient plans Perform thorough patient assessments and update records accurately Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment protocols, and post-discharge care Maintain a safe, clean, and organized unit; adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times Respond promptly to clinical changes with professionalism and sound judgmentBenefits:
