Qualifications:
Required:
Associate's Degree in a business-related field Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and Google Suite 2+ years of human resources experience in a public school system or 5+ years of human resources experience outside a public school system. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to detail. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field. Proven written, verbal, active listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse groups. Proficiency in PowerSchool, MUNIS, and Red Rover Attendance and Time Management systems, MSBO HRS certification

Salary/Benefits:
Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule. Full-time with benefit package. Salary Range $45,889.00 - $87,296.00.
