Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Job Description

Full-time #80 hours per payperiod Monday-Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm Mankato Clinic is looking for a Registered Nurse who will care for patients with compassion, empathy and respect to ensure our clinics are a welcoming and healing place. RNs assist our physicians and providers with patient visits, greeting, rooming and educating patients, setting up for exams and procedures, taking vital signs, and documenting symptoms. Join a great team of providers and staff dedicated to caring for people. Formal training indicated by a graduation certificatefrom an accredited RN school of nursing; current State licensure;
BLS & ACLS
certification is required or obtained within 90 days of start date; experience in clinic-based nursing; IV therapy experience; dedication to patient education and satisfaction; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to work compatibly with providers, other staff members, and patients. Employment is contingent on drug screening, health assessment and background check.
Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$32.85-$49.35, initial pay based on relevant work experience. Our clinic environment offers primarily daytime, weekday schedules, helping employees maintain consistency in their daily routines. All employees scheduled 60-80 hours per pay period are eligible for full benefits. Health Insurance - all care received at the Mankato Clinic for employees and family members on the plan is covered at 100% after a $40 copay.
