Prior respiratory or home health experience preferred; strong clinical assessment skills required Pay & Benefits Per-service payment from $5 to $100 per setup Mileage reimbursement for home visits Flexible schedule with complete control over your availability Generous paid time off and holidays Car, mileage, and telephone reimbursement Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision, prescription Retirement options: 401(k), HSA, FSA/Dependent Care FSA Employee assistance and wellness programs including mental health resources Additional perks: employee discount programs, legal services, identity protection, and vaccination programs What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide equipment education in-office Set up and maintain CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilator equipment Monitor respiratory devices for proper function and troubleshoot issues Assist in the care and education of patients on respiratory therapy equipment Communicate findings and updates to physicians and healthcare teams Document all procedures accurately and promptly Support patient safety and comfort during equipment handling and setup What You Need Active Minnesota licensure (RRT, CRT, or RN) Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedulesPreferred:
