What If Your Patient Was the Only Patient Who Needed You Right Now? No call light going off across the hall. No second patient waiting for pain medication. No admission arriving while you're trying to finish an assessment. No one interrupting the education you've been trying to give for the last 20 minutes. For this visit, you have one patient. Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Visit Nurse to provide skilled nursing throughout Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Hastings, St. Paul Park, Landfall, and surrounding communities . If you love patient care but are tired of constantly dividing your attention, home health offers a very different nursing environment. One Door. One Patient. One Clinical Focus. When you walk into someone's home, you have an opportunity to slow down enough to actually assess what's happening. Look at the wound. Go through the medications. Listen to what the patient is telling you. Teach the caregiver. Notice the subtle change that might have been easy to miss during a hectic shift. Then you complete your visit and move on to your next patient. Why RNs Take a Look $75,000-$100,000 annual compensation $4,000 First-Year Bonus Full-Time position Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. One-on-one skilled nursing visits Focused East/Southeast Metro territory Broad variety of clinical needs Field-based independence Mileage reimbursement between visits Cell phone reimbursement every paycheck Free MedBridge Education Hub Nursing licensure reimbursement Annual scrub reimbursement Comprehensive benefits PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Experienced clinical and interdisciplinary support Give the Patient in Front of You Your Attention Your visits may include: Comprehensive nursing assessments Wound care and other ordered treatments Medication management and education Chronic disease management Post-hospitalization nursing Monitoring medically complex patients Recognizing and communicating changes in condition Patient, family, and caregiver education Admissions and additional skilled visits as needed Collaboration with RN Case Managers and physicians Coordination with PTs, OTs, SLPs, social workers, and other clinicians Accurate and timely clinical documentation Participation in an on-call and weekend rotation Bring Your Bedside Skills Somewhere Different We're interested in RNs from Home Health, Med/Surg, Acute Care, TCU, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Hospice, Post-Acute Care, and other hands-on clinical environments . If you're accustomed to managing several patients simultaneously, you've already developed the ability to assess, prioritize, educate, communicate, and recognize when something isn't right. Imagine using those same skills when you only have to focus on one patient at a time. You'll need an active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license , strong clinical judgment and communication skills, confidence working independently, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Home health, wound care, chronic disease management, and OASIS experience are preferred. You Became a Nurse to Care for Patients, Not Juggle Rooms. Nursing will always be busy. Home health doesn't eliminate responsibility, documentation, productivity expectations, or challenging patients. But it does give you something that's increasingly difficult to find in many clinical settings: The chance to give one patient your attention before moving on to the next. With $75,000-$100,000 annual compensation, a $4,000 First-Year Bonus, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and an experienced clinical team behind you , this could be the change of pace you've been looking for. Want to stand out from other applicants? Email Elena Ehrlich at elena.ehrlich@hhcare.net with your resume and tell us about your nursing background, the skilled nursing care you most enjoy providing, and what you'd like to be different about your next RN position. #RNVN2
