PM License Required:

LPN or RN Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and fellow staff. Support and supervise nursing assistants to ensure excellent resident care. Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in good standing. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
