BAYADA's Skilled Nursing Looks Like:
Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) Private duty = one client for the whole shift Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Sptinal Muscle Atrophy, Epilepsy RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home Qualifications for
A Private Duty R N :
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma A current nursing license in good standing in the state As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
