Key Qualifications and Experience:

Current RN license and relevant nursing credentials Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued Ability to perform multiple G-tube feedings independently Proven skill with Hoyer lifts and diapering for multiple students Comfort with seizure management and medication administration Effective communicator who can interact professionally with staff and families Team-oriented approach and ability to adapt to varying assignments Compassion for students with special health care needs

Core Responsibilities:

Floating between school sites according to district needs Overseeing daily medical management, including G-tube feeds, lifts, diapering, and administering medications Responding calmly and effectively to health emergencies, including managing seizures Partnering with teachers, therapists, and families to encourage the best outcomes for every student Maintaining detailed health records and upholding confidentiality standards
