Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in emergency nursing and thrive in high-pressure situations while delivering compassionate service to patients and their families.

Qualifications and Skills:

Current and valid RN license. Minimum of one year experience in an emergency room setting. Advanced knowledge of emergency care protocols and critical thinking skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement care for patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries. Monitor, evaluate, and document patient care, treatments, and responses according to hospital protocols. Collaborate with physicians and other team members to deliver coordinated patient care. Respond rapidly and appropriately to emergency situations. Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed. Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and ongoing care needs. Adhere to regulatory standards, policies, and best practices for emergency nursing.
