Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid in North Carolina or compact state Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and communication abilities Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic or high-pressure environments
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform complex procedures as authorized Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
