Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to maximize work-life balance.
Required Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license 1-2 years recent CVOR experience (preferred) Proficiency with cardiovascular operating room procedures and protocols ACLS and BLS certification Strong team collaboration and effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to pre-, intra-, and post-op cardiovascular surgery patients Scrub and circulate as needed during CVOR procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Monitor patients for changes and respond rapidly to emergent situations Ensure sterility and organization of the OR; manage instrumentation and supplies
