Qualifications:
Valid RN license, in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in at least one: Stepdown, Hospice, or Telemetry Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Compassionate communication and patient advocacy Must demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in Stepdown and Telemetry units Provide compassionate support and specialized hospice care Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient management Educate patients and families on care plans and transitions
