Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Recent experience in Telemetry nursing (RN-Tele or similar) Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms Strong communication and critical thinking abilities BLS and ACLS certification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and patient assessments in a telemetry setting Monitor cardiac rhythms and communicate pertinent changes to physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care management strategies Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital protocols
