Job Description

Vascular Wellness is a specialty vascular access provider serving patients across the Southeastern U.S. We're a clinically driven team that values expertise, innovation, and nurse empowerment. Our clinicians work with advanced techniques and enjoy the autonomy that comes with independent procedural nursing. About the Role We're seeking a full-time Vascular Access RN to join our team in Fayetteville, North Carolina and surrounding areas. In this role, you'll assess patients, determine appropriate vascular access devices, and perform bedside procedures using ultrasound guidance, using skills you learned during your training with our clinicians. You'll work both independently and collaboratively within an experienced clinical team. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and recommend the appropriate vascular access device Perform PICC, midline, and peripheral IV insertions; advanced line placement may be performed based on training and credentialing Maintain strict infection prevention standards and sterile technique Complete thorough documentation and handoff communication Follow all facility and regulatory policies, including safety and
COVID-19
protocols What You Bring Active RN license and understanding of the state Nurse Practice Act, and at least 1-2 years of experience working in acute care (hospital) settings, preferably ICU or ED Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Desire to be part of the best vascular access team in the Southeast Ability to work independently in varied care environments Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Valid driver's license Schedule & Compensation Four 10-hour shifts per week, with occasional extended hours Weekend and holiday rotation
Base Salary:
