Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care under RN residency preceptorship. Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses. Document care accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans. Participate in classroom education, simulations, and skills labs. Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards. Escalate changes in patient condition promptly to providers. Engage in feedback, coaching, and competency evaluations.
