Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current, active RN license in good standing 1+ year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience (medical-surgical floor required) Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
